MVP got a lot of trash talk from the LR during his GSL Season 2 2012 win for his TvP play, which is probably a better example. I like the people who go "I hate players that do whatever it takes to win! Why don't they play in the style that my favourite player would always beat them in!?!?!"

And Symbol vs. Bomber was less entertaining. I could read Bombers mind, at the start of every game he thought to himself 'ok, there is no way he'll all-in me AGAIN!' - proceeds to die to all-in

Symbol hasn't won anything or shown impressive long-game play like Mvp. So, Symbol hasn't earned the right to all-in like Mvp has. Life is another example of a player, like Mvp, who could cheese a series and get no hate for it.

Lol, thanks for letting us know people need to earn the right to all-in. Last time I checked this was a strategy game. The goal is to win, not to ask for permission to.

The goal is to win, not to ask for permission to. I'm not saying there's a right and a wrong, here. I'm giving you some insight into the minds of symbol-haters and mvp-lovers. Take MC even... rarely the macro-oriented player, but he stuck around long enough and took in many tournament wins and showed the ability to elevate his play when necessary, so he earned the respect of the fans. Symbol has some good tournament runs under his belt, but comparatively he is still unestablished, so people are gonna give him shit for all-inning until he has proven himself to be a true champion. Hence, earning the right.

Also, a queen by itself wont do much against hellbats and a medivac. I think it was less that Roro choked and more that innovation just had a better strategy (or as some may say, a better race).
