well, Khaldor abandoned ship for the big bucks, and that's what i would expect any good german caster to do as it's the logical step to take as long as your english is good enough. so then you're left with casters that are too bad/not charismatic enough to make it to a big stage and it makes german casters look worse than they might actually be. i guess the same is probably true for many other european countries.
Hasuobs is an amazing caster though. too bad he's also a player

Although I think I have seen some good casting in the past, maybe it was some ESL event or so. Take is overratet, but wasn't there once a girl (Zoey or so?) that did a far better job at analysing (not entertaining that much but... well), then the casters, who just said stuff like "and now they are engaging... and player A has more army supply then player B.... blablabla over"

well heromarine has awesome knowledge of the game but he is not made for casting 
as far as german casters go i think Mori and Take are quite ok, HomerJ though jst throws out his flat jokes thats all he does
