It depends. He did fuck up his job, and it wasn't like he lost his job due to factors outside his control. Companies shouldn't implicitly reward incompetence. On the other hand, I don't know this admin's history with MLG or how his previous performance had been like, so it's hard to make a judgement call as an outsider like this.

I'm confused at how they respond seriously to the less important qualifiers but there were no consequences for anything that happened in the premier qualifier.
