Dreamhack is still the best tournament organiser out there (Hi Blizzard) Leenock is prob the best Zerg on the planet at this moment Nani could probably still cut it in the later rounds in Code S. ...considering that RoRo, Soulkey, Symbol, Life and soO weren't there I hardly think its fair to say. I mean, Leenock didn't even make it to Ro16 from GSL, unlike 7 of his fellow Zergs. I don't think we can say he's the best Zerg on the planet ATM. That probably falls to RoRo or Life, tbh. You forget Symbol. Right now I would say 1. Life 2. Roro 3. Symbol 4. Soulkey 4. Leenock

Yes Leenock didn't even make it out of the R032 in the current GSL Nani could be in Code S, but not in the later rounds. As I said, Leenock got bounced in the first round. He had to play PartinG and Life tho, and he barely did not make it
Yup, ridiculously strong group.

These finals were freaking epic!

Leenock could definitely have fared well in later rounds of code s. He was knocked out because of a zvz against the best player right now. If he would've easily made it out if he were in any other group.

He had a REALLY easy road to the finals. All foreigners to the R08 and then someone with incredibly shit ZvP.
Naniwa beat MC and YugiHo during group stage, then TLO, Sort Of, Jaedong and then went toes to toes with Leenock ....
Who can top that as a foreigner ?
Stephano ? ...
As much as I love the kid he lost RO16 against coca after having the easiest group ever.
Lucifron ? RO64 .....
Any other Terran ? LOL
Sase maybe ? Ro16 WCS and an ok run, loosing to Hyun is no shame but that doesn't match what naniwa did
We will see after WCS europ, but frankly I don't see who can dispute him the throne right now and even if he is not #1 there is nothing tot lol about.

I often see 70k-80k viewers when it's between bottom bracket teams. So don't sweat it, SC2 is "fighting" well against the LoL viewership. Yeah, they only have 70k everyday. . They also have a playerbase of over 10 million logging in daily, with the stream link right in their face when they do so. Its by far the biggest game in PC gaming right now, I don't know how anyone could expect SC2 to compete with that. LoL streamwatching community honestly makes no sense. They got less people watching some semifinal games than they had people watching some almost meaningless league games.
It because they dont watch for the games they watch for the personalities, the OGN stream for LoL gets no viewers because they dont give a shit about actual good games all they care about is TSM and the other american teams.
