Flash Innovation Life and Parting are on another level, their own tier, but so far we've seen foreigners taking games off Code S level Koreans. You act like the Koreans here are scrubs. Leenock MC Polt Gumiho Hyun and Hero are all Code S level, and Gumiho recently 2-0 both Rain and Hyun so he's still a wild-card as to being able to win Code S. The level of competition is just a notch below the highest tier.
