No, it is not the correct call. They do not automatically have to DQ everybody who breaks a rule, especially if the only reason that rule was broken in the first place was because they were trying to compensate for MLG's retarded system.

What's the point of having rules then if they're simply going to be disregarded case by case? That's silly. MLG made its bed, and it has to lie in it now. That includes playing using the established rules, no matter how much they suck.
