I really like Gumis play atm. Bunkers to defend roach attack as well as keeping medivacs at HyuN's base to threaten counterattack at all times and keep HyuN at home.
Now just turtle up with third base, get upgrades and tanks and win!

Anything that's good vs MMM is good vs Helbats for the most part. The only thing the Helbats are really good against are Zealots and in some situations Immortals.
Collosus, Archons, and Psionic Storm all deal with them rather easily.
Of course vs Protoss Helbats generally are throwaway units meant to tank for your bioball or Siege Tanks, so the trick is eliminating the Helbats quickly without forcing an engagement vs the main army, sort of similar to how Terrans try to pick off Zealots before engaging in order to get a better shot at killing Collosus.
