This has nothing to do with balance or how poorly JD played, but I hate just how snowbally SC2 is... =/

This really looks like Jaedong's glorious days can never come back. He played terrible, throwing units like no tomorrow. Remember in BW, he even babysit every zergling extremely careful. But now, 10 hydras, no problem, take it.

This just doesn't make sense, he could have had near the exact same timing with 2-3 vipers instead of 8 corruptors, and with what he had scouted, he should have known to do so. The gas income he had would have supported it just as well, and even if it was slightly slower, he knew he had plenty of time after delaying the third forever and scouting the army size over and over. There was no excuse to even TRY that timing, much less commit to it. JD could go for a doom drop on Stats' main - the guy had almost no stalkers and one colossus.

I left after seeing 3-0 assuming EG-TL had it, now im back and I guess this is not a nice sight to see :/

wow kt, nice comeback!

I don't care if it was Jaedong or not because it's sc2. I still think they shouldn't have been forced to switch. -.-

Couldn't jaedong have gone for hive instead of the spire at one point? Honest question.

Coach Park needs to tell Jaedong that vipers exist.

Um snowbally? Jaedong was ahead the entire time and then lost.

Infestation Pit --> Hive/Spire --> Viper build time --> Viper Consume time =/= Spire --> 8 Corruptors. He had the timing to snipe the void rays and overwhelm the army, but he ran his army away, when Void Rays get far better vs Corruptors with scaling numbers.

I do want EG-TL to win, but I'm really going to blame Jaedong for losing this ace match in such a stupid way. He played excellently in that game, but obviously had a little IdrA in his head, whispering: "corrupters...my precious..."

Not to mention this is EGTL.... the sole foreigner team... that brings in the views!
EGTL doing good brings foreign views for proleague.
Also Proleague (and StarCraft II in general) isn't doing well in South Korea.
Any help they can get (even if from foreigners) really helps.
I'm glad to see stream reaching over 20k on the last game.
