Koreans would likely ask for their refunds. with how the culture is constructed people are crazy cheap about money. I remember watching a documentary on MBC about how some restaurants offer less portions when you pay them with coupons and calling them out for it and interviewing them. crazy stuff.

I'm sure lots of people did ask for refunds, well probably. I don't think being cheap is limited to one part of the world.
