Revelation is such a powerful spell, and not too difficult to land, 9 range 6 radius for 60 seconds of vision. That one investment had so much benefits. Especially when used to set up aoe traps like storm and Colossus deathzones, like Rain wisely did when Flash came down that ramp with his marines in front.

They can still try to outbid Life against StarTale and CJ after his contract expires in half a year ![]() But yeah, if KT can get Life they will be a lot lot lot lot scarier (at a price of less Life v Flash T T).

From the opening to the edges he cut to the immaculate observer and oracle use to bouncing back after losing all his collosi to denying the fourth while forcing Flash to take into account his main army... Absolute clinic on doing every little thing right. holy shit. Carbots on Proleague TV! Edit: Why no love for Stats ![]() Chintoss is great, but not good enough to take some pressure off flash. Especially when its not winner league format, you just need another player that you would feel [decently] comfortable against the likes of rain/parting/fantasy. i think its fair to say that no one would feel comfortable if kt sent chintoss out vs. any of those three ![]()

Every game was action packed, dramatic, and damn exciting. Especially Flash vs Fantasy and Flash vs Rain. And Bisu winning...i think you get the point. I agree. Proleague in WoL was definitely a snooze fest a lot of the times (mainly because a lot of them were still transitioning from BW) but HotS has greatly leveled the play and entertainment of the game. From that ZvZ with Nydus vs Mutalisk to Bisu being back... Fairly fun series. I hope this keeps up and the reputation of Proleague from BW (as one of the most prestigious tournaments) transfers to SC2. If possible, I think TL (in the next recap/preview, if there is one) should definitely highlight the level of entertainment these games have greatly risen from WoL (we need more people watching Proleague) ! It's not just because of HotS either. These games have been one of the best HotS games I've seen (well outside of the PvPs which were kind of standard). They should do replay analysis or something to make the downtime a bit more interesting in between games (like they used to). 15 minute downtime between each game is probably what's keeping a lot of potential people from watching Proleague (at least in terms of foreigners). I know on SotG, a few people (I forgot who though but a few people) said they can't really watch Proleague live because of the time it takes for an entire series to get finished.

Despite the perfectly executed Oracle harass (really waiting for the exact time to send the oracle, even with leading with hallu phoenix), Flash had his third at a good time and was ahead on upgrades because of his CC first opening. Rain had used the oracle to pin Flash just a bit longer, than had a fuck ton of obs, scouting probes, hallu and revelation to position his army and buy time. A critical point was when Flash pressured Rain's third (Flash was ahead on upgrades) and Rain microed really, really well, using a defensive double time warp to stop Flash from kiting his zealot/archon army. Rain had perfect Stalker control to snipe vikings and keep his colossus alive just a bit longer (if Rain hadn't use Revelation + Stalker blink in the middle of the map earlier to snipe 1-2 vikings, the later fight would have been different). After barely fucking surviving, Rain went to full god mode, defending the double drop, using zealot warp-ins in the third and pressuring the fourth at perfect times (killing it twice while being even on supplies), all possible because of his excellent scouting and the hero oracle relevating everything. Man, that oracle.

Or maybe im just a little too worried. Flash has done great, just that everyone naturally expects him to win everything ![]() Im happy that he loses once in a while. Flash is the kind of player who will work hard at where he lacks. He will go back and look at the replay and destroy Rain next time.

Besides the PvPs (either they were really short or "standard"; though the Parting game did have neat play from Parting), each game was really entertaining. The ZvZ wasn't a boring Muta vs Muta (it was MUTA VS NYDUS!). The Rain vs Flash series was definitely the highlight IMO (outside of the return of Bisu that is).
