When the queen buff patch came, there were many zergs that had shown no results and suddenly started dominating their terran and protoss opponents. The change was particularly noticeable on the foreigner scene.

Because "patchzerg" is complete and utter bullshit and the worst possible way to talk down on players. Although pros know the game better than any of us, don't for a second think that they don't spout a bunch of bullshit every once in a while, either out of frustration or to stir up some shit in the community (see progamer Twitters, Ryung semifinals). Calling someone a patchzerg is not only stupid and biased, it attempts to devalue any achievements made by Zerg players after the queen patch by blaming imbalance or a boring metagame.

Only 120k viewers for this MLG, I guess SC2 is dying!

Loved this MLG so far, awesome level of play and tons of strategies for me to steal and use on ladder. And the best is yet to come, Flash vs Life, a battle for the ages!

You have a factory, 1 armory, which is useful later on, and you just hard counter that build really hard. I mean its not optimal, but a lot of build which hardcounters an other build is not optimal either. IMO

Or you build a turret in each main line and more than one bunker, hold the push, and crush him because you're miles ahead.

This isn't hard to counter, just people aren't used to seeing it yet. It'll be solved in a week.

I agree if im not mistaken it takes 6 oracles to take down a turret that's being repaired and you lose 4 of the oracles.
