I think game 2 was a premature GG, though
Parting should have made an observer to see what Yoda had left
Then he could leave if he judged he was too far behind

I think Violet has the best shot at stopping them.

Violet is going to have to get past First and Yonghwa, not going to be easy when they have all their teammates around to give them advice. Violet is all alone there, but still he could do it.

Heh, sounds as if we're not trusting Ret to beat Yonghwa?

My bets are definitely on YongHwa, but Ret is great and might take a set or two.

what?

he just shows that he is mad inside, ggs, goes to his opponent and shakes hands.
i didnt see any bad attitude. how can u be happy he is out because of that?

He showed no fighting spirit. He could have won G2 and in this game he could have tried to play from behind instead of suiciding everything.

maybe ur just too bronze to understand that both games were 99,9% over?

so major and scarlett are bronze player too?

Well, PartinG also doesn't have full map vision.

The collective power of LG-IM reminds me of when the SlayerS came to MLG Columbus and Anaheim 2011 and wrecked everyone.

Yeah wrecked everyone but then Mvp just ended up beating them all.

He lost all his units and was about mined out at home.

Also he was in YoDa's base so he knew what he had left, including a second CC.

if they think the games were not over by the points parting GGd, they mustve rly gone insane.

in the immortal bust game, PartinG has 5 stalkers down a ramp, no units from robo on the way and is basically on 1 base saturation, no nexus building, and no tech (he wouldve lost his proxy robo as well).

While having 22 probes vs 10 SCVS, YoDa had medivacs out and stim done. as well as a 2nd CC, and he stabilized. There is very little chance to win this game, although i agree he couldve at least tried to build a nexus and contained - most players wouldnt have tried either.

And the last game - what do you want him to do after his 2 oracles blow up?
he has again 3 gates, a proxy stargate (that might not be socuted, but isnt too useful either), no nexus, 22 probes vs Yoda with starport tech, 2 CCs and even worker count.
This game was even more over.

I agree, and I hope that he can get to the Finals, but to be honest, if he doesn't start using anything else new except for Roach/Hydra/Viper, he is going to have very bad time... :/

Seems like he hates Swarm Hosts, wish he practice with them a little bit and start using them.

You should totally get a twitter! I have one just for SC2, really cool to see what the pros and casters write to eachother, and you're able to get some direct contact with them as well.

Well, Ret did 2-0 First in their group match. So we will have to see if IM has figured out a counter to Ret's style. But yeah, Ret is play really well.
