That only works if the protoss does something wrong though. Phoenix are faster than corruptors and the stalkers will murder them when they try to focus colossi. You more or less have to overwhelm the toss before they get to that comp and get storm. I don't know of any good way other than mutas to do his.

You're not just going to start voidray production after you've lost air control and your opponent has a mass of corruptors camping your production. You're also not just going to go pure stalker against zerglings. At that point, you need either really good simcity or storm.
