Yeah, seeing these medivacs getting away with like 1HP every time was kinda...disturbing.
Great opening, getting away with 3 Nexi, but then it's not even the engagements, it's more this horrible drop defense and this horrible macro. And I suppose he was not macroing well because of the drops actually, so it all comes down to Killer not making a few stalkers to kill those medivacs and end these multiprong drops (or at least give him more time).

Also a tie is possible if Shine Ryung and Center win.

I don't think you can have Ryung, Shine, Effort tiebreak because Shine won vs both. You covered it in your 2nd scenario.
