It's my fault that I went to forums before watching all of todays games but why did you have to spoil that here? Please don't do that in the future when the games are a couple of hours old. GSL has it's own thread. And wasn't it up an down not code A? edit. doesn't take anything away from the all-kill. Best sc2 moment in a looong time. For some reason the best stuff usually has an awesome terran doing something really cool.

I expected a baneling bust to beat him and JD didn't disappoint. Knew it would be interesting between the two. With that said, still a pretty good day for him. 3-2 in up and down's isn't that bad. Before policy used to be really strict when it was just BW but now things are pretty loosely goosey because there is so much going on and what do you know it's right in the featured news too QQ

And I thought Ohana wasn't great for Zerg, either? Isn't that what we put Jaedong on in our first match against KT and JD got immortal all-in'd? Do we ever learn, and can we finally start blaming our coach yet? I disagreed with his decision to put JYP out instead of HerO in one of our ace matches, too, last round. Who is he, again? Isn't he a former KeSPA coach or something? Ugh, maybe because of this? http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/details.php?section=sc2-international&type=players&id=222&part=games&vs=T&league=standard&map=500&from_year=2011&from_month=1&from_day=14&to_year=2012&to_month=11&to_day=24&action=Update

He had/has a "star sense" that no other player ever rivalled, and never ceased to amaze us. He got bested at times like any other ,but NEVER without one hell of a fight. TBH take a month off and watch all of Flash' games on TLDP and you wouldn't be surprised for a second when people worship the guy. Yes. Flash owned so hard in BW that there needed to be a topic that discussed who would break his win streak. Flash is different from anyone. Savior could be considered the player that dominated the hardest (at their peak) but Flash is the one who is considered the one that dominated the hardest while the competition of BW (as a whole) was at its peak (with players like Jaedong, Stork, Bisu, Fantasy, etc). Anyway, I said this before but things like hype, even overhype is good for eSports and is good for keeping the game alive. Plus, at least people aren't outright *hating people that defeat Flash or anything (compared to the "Nestea era" in SC2, which was bad). *I don't read all LR or topics but I read most enough and have not seen many cases of people bashing players that defeat Flash or Flash has defeated. Maybe in a jokingly manner (like Flash vs Life in MLG) but nothing serious. I've seen worse Nestea fanboys outright hating on players that defeat Nestea. Actually, in terms of SC2 in the past when it was KeSPA-less, I've seen so many player bashing (MKP cheesing nub was quite popular I remember, etc) compared to now that if I had to pick between players being bashed and everyone overhyping a specific player but (at least not bashing anyone), I'd obviously pick the latter. So, Flash overhyping ftw. It's totally keeping eSports alive.

I still remember those beautiful matches he played against Symbol and Leenock (well the ending wasnt so epic though ![]()

Yup, because... SPL = shown on Korean national TV, millions of viewers (mass market, excellent ad spots for Korean brands) GSL = shown online, hundreds of thousands of viewers (niche/limited market, meh ad spots even for int'l brands) True prestige for these Korean players is in SPL.

And the prestige of the team and coaches as well and major sponsors. Do well in GSL? Oh cool you got some cash. Win an SPL? Sponsor might up the salary and conditions of your team.
