Given his age I think there's a good case to be made that Life could become the Flash of SC2. Someone who comes on the scene at a young age and instantly dominates. It has the same feel.

Honestly, I'm surprised at the people questioning Seed for best protoss and not Sniper for best Zerg. Seed at least makes somewhat of a case as he's the only toss since MC to win a gsl, in addition protoss in general hardly ever has a clear dominant player so it's a bit more up in the air with them. I personally think PartinG is toss of the year based on consistency throughout the year and his recent big wins. But Sniper.... he literally only won because he's the most recent Zerg champ. Despite doing more this year, Life and DRG were robbed due to point decay. Factoring in non-gsl stuff, Leenock overtakes him too. Now that's bullshit.

It's a tough call to make but i give the edge to Life. TSL was online-only. I personally wouldn't weigh that anywhere close to tournaments like GSL, MLG, or OSL. Disregarding TSL4, it is still very close. Life has had quite the year though. Going from Code B nobody to a 2x GSL champion.
