I hope Naama wins, Can't see it happening though Not really surprising. Goody, Fuzer and cloud are not really top-tier these days (even though Goody is still awesome). Naama is good, but Snute is one of the best foreign players right now and MC is MC. Tomorrow MKP, bratok and MMA will likely advance and Kas has a good chance (hard group though). Overall there are just not many good terrans here.

no it wouldn't. because he didn't turtle when he was at 200. if he had 60 scvs he would just have been at roughly 180 supply. Having 80 scvs in that istuation isn't bad if he had been quicker at taking the 4th like he should have.

He was ahead, but they were talking like all he had to do was A move. They didn't but Naama made 2 thors, he kept making siege tanks very late, if he went for the standard deathball of terran, 20 vikings, 20 ghost with 6 medivacs or so and then just marines (mostly) and marauders. This is a sick unit compostion, whenever ThorZaIN plays with it he crushes people even if he was previously behind. Naama had really bad army control, some good moves here and there but overall he just engaged really poorly, he got nukes but didn't use them for what you want to use nukes for, he delayed his own attack while MC was out of position with a nuke, instead of putting it in the path where MC would have to walk to get to his base. Whenever the terran has a 50+ supply lead, 3bases and a 4th on the way, with the protoss on 2 bases, you know it's the terrans game to lose.
I had forgotten that he cancelled the third with the first attack. He wasn't on a third at that point (he had like 75 SCVs on 2 base) and the floated the third over. Had he had that base down 2 or 3 minutes earlier, I think the position was unlosable. Regardless, your points are completely correct.

Mech really isn't good against protoss. Just ask Goody, even he stopped playing mech against protoss.

Too true man. Grubby is actually just such a perfectly well rounded human being. Even has an English major I find Grubby occasionally improving my vocabulary. (I use the term English major loosely. I majored in it for 3 years though so I say we count it!)

Yes it would have, it's Ohana. There's no place for terran to engage favorably and after MC had the fourth he was literally down 25 supply in army at the beginning of the last 2 engagements. You need a larger army supply on such a small map as terran. And he had thor/tank inflating his supply, he really needed less scvs.

Careful, the realization that mech isn't good against protoss has been known to have severe side effects such as causing people to retire way sooner than any of us would've liked
Edit: Damn you MCDayC. I've been Sarnathed. (Someone out there might get it. It's not an SC2 term though).
