I never got where the whole "lost his passion" fad came from when he's always been one of the best casters (as a player), and generally always played a lot of starcraft. Playing other shit as well when you're not a progamer is pretty normal O_o

Parting is more precise, Hero is more constant/active - mistakes happen but he gets a lot done with his, whereas Parting is a lot safer stylistically.

And hero is up vs parting and 2 of the best zergs if not the best ;/ Mvp won a GSL and came second in another while have the wrist issues as well... Yes because he plans best of X really fucking well. Probably the best of all. But you can see in his play he no longer tries to outmacro in 3+ bases scenarios which he did so well before. And yes players have gotten better at macro as well and caught up but you cant win vs the best zerg(s) and protoss right now by just outsmarting them , especially when terran is having it so hard right now. He was 1 game way from winning the hardest tournament in the world 2 months ago while the terran was even weaker. Yes, he can't practice as much as before but I think his mechanics are still quite good. He is still quite competitive at the top level. He lost to a counter strategy from DRG in G2 and failed an all-in in G3. Some mismicro cost him in G1 vs PartinG and got all-in in G2.

Think Leenock wanted to 2base muta but couldnt cause parting went phoenix instead of immortals. So had to go infestor -> mutas. Also, its create some diversity in the opening so its more fun to watch
