HerO can't get his third down for a while, but with good upgrades HerO finally gets it down. DRG starts a spire as his investor energy is about half done. DRG keeps poking but is unable to get past HerO's wall, though his 4th goes up. Collosi, blink and 2/2 are on the way for HerO. He moves straight into thermal lance and 3/3, but he loses all his phoenixes and map control. HerO starts to move out with gateway units and collosi, but DRG's corrupters are out. It's a similar timing to his timing against Leenock in the previous series. But HerO starts a fleet beacon and 4th?? A small skirmish near HerO's bases takes out 2 collosi. HerO starts a mothership before DRG's greater spire starts. Another similar skirmish goes the other way, and DRG loses a lot of infestors. The game settles a bit and both are on pretty even supply. HerO's tech is a bit better but DRG has a great bank. Brood lords finally start morphing after a small skirmish in the middle that forced out a vortex. A big engagement happens at HerO's 4th and he loses it. DRG chokes HerO out on 3 bases and he gets up the rest of his upgrades. HerO manages to circumvent the contain and manages to kill DRG's 5th and 6th. HerO keeps up some drops, taking out the greater spire. HerO manages to get a double vortex, and blinks under. It looks close for a bit, but DRG has too much. The slow BL push takes out HerO's new 4th and he has to GG out. Unremarkable PvZ. At least it wasn't a huge-lead-into-throw-generic-HerO game. | ||
