What an innovating play by Thorzain. It was the first time I've seen a turtle terran win vs warp abusing protoss.
It wouldn't have been possible with the harassment, Terrans may start to abuse mules late game to counteract the larva/warp abuses. The x2 army count maxed out is what gave Thorzain such a cost efficient machine, Terrans in TvP try to maintain an economic lead then crush their opponents through macro in the late game, very similar to PvT in BW. Instead of trying to out macro the opponent, Thorzain found a way to out micro his opponent with a higher max supply army.
Abusing MULEs to get a higher supply count will be the only way for Terran to trade cost efficiently with tier 3 toss and zerg. I hope more Terrans will incorporate abusing MULEs in the late game to increase max army supply to try to out micro the max opponent army. If you think about it, Terrans only need 3 scvs on each gas in the extremely late late game situations, if they have enough orbitals to support minerals with MULEs.
