Zanster will make it through BYOC calling it now.

But its pretty stacked tbh, much more compared to previous years.

Yeah right, those are opening games nowadays, not the semi-finals.

What an awesome world we live in.

To be honest, I don't want to live in a world where Taeja vs SjoW are the semifinals of a tournament.

So so pumped!

Personal favourites are TaeJa, Stephano and Nerchio from the groups. Expecting Titan to keep his good form and maybe some other hot shots (no idea who are entering..). Wouldn't be all too surprising if none of them makes it in the end though.

Should be an interesting tourny. Also a little weird how the race distribution ended up.

Group 1: 3 Terrans
Group 2: 4 Protoss
Group 3: 4 Zergs
Group 4: Even balance

That is just a silly thing to say. I have no problem with that scenario as long as both had to beat tough opponents to get there. It could just as well be TLO vs Starnan semifinals or even finals and be completely deservingly so. (Not sure if bracket would allow that either though).

Well, SjoW said that he have totaly retired. He said that he may play few games after few months non sc2. So im bit supriced why SjoW is there. He should have had gave his spot to other...

Dreamhack line up is always underwhelming compared to MLG or IPL. I hope Taeja takes this one.

Thats because Dreamhack doesnt pay the flights for all those koreans.

Dreamhack production and tournaments have almost been among the best.

Dreamhack is coming with full force baby!

So many guys to cheer for. I am really curious to see TLO after his GD tournament peformance. Naniwa in the group of death.
Hero is in a really good shape I expect him to land at least top 4. How will Stephano do?

I will buy some vodka, relax and enjoy me some dreamhack. Can't wait.

TaeJa should still win this even though he hasn't been as dominant as he was during the summer. he's still very good and probably the best player going

I see HerO taking it over Taeja in the finals, depends on when and where they meet in the tournament though , if it's earlier in the tournament rounds then it'll be a HerO vs Stephano or HerO vs Nerchio final, possibly nerchio vs stephano.

Forgg, naniwa, mana, and thestc should all do well depending on their condition.

Not sure what's going to happen in this tournament. I imagine it could be an "unexpected" or first time champion. Stephano's been halfway around the world twice in a fortnight so I doubt he's going to be on form. Taeja's been quiet recently (which means he'll probably come out of nowhere and win) but hey. I'm hoping for a Naniwa or Thorzain victory :D

If someone can knock Stephano out, I can see Naniwa winning this. His PvP has always been a strong point, and this tournament is distinctly lacking Rains and Squirtles. Same goes for his PvT - Taeja will obviously be tough, but not completely impossible. There can't be any half-assing it, though.

Nerchio has his number too.
