If (for example) Stephano had to play Rain if he won, but he played Levin, and then Insur if he lost... it would be easier for him. If that was indeed the situation, it would probably be a smart play, but it's not and he has to play against a top korean toss.

Idra would have more to gain by throwing this series, yet he won on absolutely back-to-back crushing performances over RoRo and Stephano. Also, you're downplaying Stephano's amazing PvZ. We just saw how vulnerable Rain is in his supposedly godly PvP. Stephano can give him a run for his money if they were to play. Again, no player would risk throwing games and then NOT even making it out of the group. Anything can happen. It's too risky to even try. Idra doesn't have the same chance of winning vs Hero as Stephano does since PvZ is his weakest MU, and Idra needs more wins beacuse he hasnt really shown any results lately, also I doubt Idra would ever throw a game. Like I said is it even that much of a risk, playing Hero and BBK instead of Rain? Stephano isnt looking to only get out of his group and lose round 1 he wants to win the whole thing. Ofcourse I'm not 100% sure he threw but to say that its abusrd and hardly possible is a bit of a strech. Other than that RoRo played really bad in all his games going 0-4 in the group hardly an achivement to beat him, although Idra did play very well in that series.

Either Grubby played really horribly, and the execution was shit or Sen did that defense as perfect as he could. Sen must've sensed it somehow. He scouted it out really well.
