I remember at one point he threw down 3-4 command centers in game 1 after killing off Crank's army, then decides not to lift a single one to an expansion location. He just changed it to Orbitals. This was when Toss had absolutely no ability to attack him. At one point Crank had 5 bases to 4. If he had won a key engagement, even game 1 would have gone to Crank's side. Game 2 yes he was behind, but I thought it was weird after he won the max vs max army battle decidingly that he built 3-4 commands in his main, and after they're done, just sat them in his base. I understand you don't want to float out just to get it destroyed or expand your area to defend, but by not taking any risks at all, he gets behind economically no matter how good his main engagements are. At what do you lose, just 400 minerals which by that point he could easily afford to recoop. you saying this too, CranK did what he had to do, he kept an eye on the exand locations and tried to prevent Thor from attempting, but Thor? he didnt even tried.

It's not a big surprise. I would not have put BBK as a favorite but for me this result is not surprising.
