A lot better is definitely an exageration. Overall, Rain may be a better player, but he needs a little bit more appearances to show it. PartinG definitely loses TvP lol. But the thing I'm basing my argument off is results, and I've made this argument before when it comes to PartinG. I agree wholeheartedly that for a while he was indeed the best PvT on the planet, but let's look at what he's done since his semi-final appearance in the GSL. He took 3rd at WCS Korea but dropped out of the following 2 GSL Code S seasons from the round of 32. Moreover, he failed to reach top 4 in any foreign event he has attended, a feat that would arguably be easier to accomplish than top 4 in the GSL. Bison on the other hand has broken into the scene much later, yet he has managed to claim 5th-6th in WCS Korea right from the get-go. That in itself may not be impressive, but look at him now, he's in the semi finals of the two best leagues in the world at the same time. And with some great PvT preparation and a bit of good luck, he can definitely be in both finals as well (and I say this despite being an avid Mvp fanboy). Please don't think I'm trying to shit on PartinG, he's one of my favourite Protosses and definitely a top 10 player of said race, but *at the moment* he's nowhere near Bison's level. :/

Rain totally legit and looks impressive, so hype isn't without reason of course. I honestly still haven't caught a game of Last yet. If it's anything like the last laggy OSL stream though I won't bother with this and just check results later.

I still have too much respect for the reverse AK Last pulled off though, even if he eliminated Fantasy If Last happens to beat Rain, that's fine too

That's the reason why I said that, but now it's true that he loses a lot in foreign/online tourneys. Still he has a pretty decent record in Korea when he isn't up against somebody who destroys every other opponent at the moment. Maybe he doesn't like travelling or online qualifiers.
