Against a small amount of broodlords you are fine, but when BLs reach critical numbers (like 7+), it just turns into a slugfest. I guess it is often just misjudging how many BLs a zerg can effort. | ||

Problem is making the transition and making the right comp. If Keen had switched to vikings, he would not have been able to killed the 3rd which means Curious would have had more infestors/roaches for the fight. It is not as simple as looking at the final fight and saying "Well, he would have held if he made more vikings". By making the decision to not make starports when he scanned the hive. He was pretty much committing to killing Curious before the BLs got out. Once he couldn't do that, it was already going to be tough. He actually probably could have used more BF hellions to kill the broodlings so his thors could survive longer. | ||
