Hindsight. To be fair, he didn't need the 3rd bunker at first. But once he saw the sentries, then he needed them for sure. He really needed to check sooner whether the units were still outside his base. The only time he scouted it was when they were already attacking. It's like he just assumed they'd gone home.
I wasn't even commenting on whether or not Sparta made the right decision. There's just a huge tendency for casters to completely forget what a situation felt like at the time and replace those feelings with the certainty attained from seeing the results. They need to consciously put this in check.

And Squirtle was super hyped as well. Any new player making a run like that to Ro4/semi of GSL will get hype. Squirtle was also 2nd in IPL and Life was 2nd in TSL.
