yes but long term statistics dont take into account meta game shifts (which can change balance) nor patches. If you look at a 3 month period, it could have been T favored first month, zerg favored 2nd month, and balacned third month, so stats say 50% the whole time. Seriously, stats mean nothing

they're still the best thing we have for determining balance, i see no other way to reliably determine balance, unless we have a pro who is equally top KR GM in all races and is unbiased.

Statistics are always a lesser neccesery evil, in many aspects

Sick baneling hit, but now Taeja knows burrowed banes are on the map, i would have saved them for marines.
