Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where, when facing a SlayerS terran, completing a hatchery would cause a medivac and 8 marines to randomly spawn nearby and attack it.

also the attitude "its a video game playing it all day is easy/fun" is not true. anyone who has played 10 hours a day for at least a week will know how mentally and physicall draining it is. korean pros (at least inb BW) literally do 3 things. eat. sleep and play sc2. it is just as hard as being proffesional at any other sport.

Starcraft is absolutely not like any other sport. Mentally it might be similar but the pressure to achieve can be seen in most jobs.

Starcraft is absolutely not like any other sport. Mentally it might be similar but the pressure to achieve can be seen in most jobs.


The main thing that differentiates SC2 from other sports and jobs is societal and mainstream acceptance. The whole "just a video game" kind of argument/simplification can be made for a lot of other things

Accounting is just using a calculator
Acting is just faking you have something in your eye
Football is just running and kicking a ball
Painting is just randomly throwing color at a canvas (post modern art lolz)
etc etc
