Ok, I have documented everyone thus far in regards to qualification and poll inclusion.
The first 3 direct invites are ready for announcement:

The first r/starcraft player thread will close in apprx 12 hours, and I will begin working on those invites.
I am very excited for the qualifiers as well, some great players have registered :D

Are those directly invited players just those that have been asked and invited or have they confirmed they will participate?

What about delay server? With a tournament format that focuses mainly on player streams streamcheating could be a major issue. Would the use of a delay server on player streams be encouraged or enforced? Or would real-time streaming be mandatory? Thanks.

With every player streaming it should make it somewhat difficult to hide if you are stream cheating (yes, still possible). Most players that play at tournament levels know the risk of getting caught stream cheating isn't worth it.

I'm wondering why so many streams. 4 streams plus player streams? This kind of tournament gets only hundreds to few thousand concurrent viewers. Getting four sets of casters just sounds excessive.
It is my opinion that you should start with something small and grow it over time instead of going straight to this complex thing. Hope you pull it off though!

Players can use a delay server if they want, if the player doesn't feel comfortable streaming in real-time, then a slight delay could be applied, but anything over a couple minutes would hinder production.

I like every series to be covered by the production of the stream; my format facilitates this. As you mentioned building up from a foundation would be ideal to verify the functionality of this production design: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=334263.
Note the similarities in the bracket stages, and how those matches were broadcast with 4 streams.

qxc is playing in WCG USA and minigun has personal plans. Also, since grubby was the top of the r/starcraft thread, he does not need to be included in the next poll. I will add the others though; they are quite demanding in terms of prize pool.

Roughly when will the tournament be held? And when will caster applicants be notified if they are accepted? My partner and I emailed you yesterday, and I was curious to see when this would be held so I can plan accordingly. Thanks!
