this terrible tournament spawned esports

so they've had plenty of time to get it right and we shouldnt expect these kind of amateur errors?

my stream on vlc is working perfectly fine and its free and the quality is about 10x higher than the gom free one
so whats wrong ?

edit : im using a 8mbit adsl in a very remote location in northen france

could you give some instructions on how to use that stream, pretty please?

they don't make money from foreign audience..
it's already a pretty big deal to have english speaking casters
they're wasting money on this you know ?

they are new to this whole streaming thing. for their main audience they use their own tv station so they have not that much experience yet. give them a bit time.

That isn't an excuse for those who paid their flagrant ripoff season pass.

Well, the official english stream is basically a massive pile of dicks, so there's that problem.

i've put them in the same place as when the GSL started out, after another season or two im sure they'll have it right. but this is just sooooooooooooo bad

GSL was BW, too, once. And there was drama, too. Mainly Kespas fault.

Anyway, I can understand that this is a bit annoying. But on the other hand, there is a ton of potential, not only the players but also the organization.

esport is meant to be enjoyed as an asian fetish in korean

why would you want to stick silly english on top of it ?

it's like watching dubbed movies

its terrible

Of course they don't make money with the way they're doing it, that's the point. They COULD make money off the foreign audience, just like GOM does, and have the korean audience on top of that, instead they hire Moletrap/Doa for no good reason. There's plenty of better casting duos who I'm sure would work for similar wages and be honored to cast OSL as whatever they are paying these two.

Are you sure they aren't trying to target the foreign audience from now on ?
btw, this kind of bs won't help selling season passes on twitch.

what the fuck? -_-

edit: i cant even adjust the stream quality of the korean stream.. obviously my connection wont be able to stream it in HD.

i think they're not really after that kind of money (maybe its too small of a gain ?)
they get money from tv ads

i'm pretty sure these two sources of income are of a very noticable difference in magnitude
