They have decided to share their strength with the world in the last 6 months. VortiX is a top GM player since release times pretty much.... is it really that surprising that the best players are the best performing players on ladder? Happy and Kas are ladder monsters, but those two don't get that many results, so yes it is surprising. Ladder doesn't mean much when it comes to events like this. VortiX is a really sick player though and seems to handle the pressure really well.

Best e-sports event ever? LOL has had close to 200k iirc. but LoL isnt e-sports You guys need to drop that shit. Honestly it's not a good game, if you want to play a real MOBA then play Dota2, League of legends lacks intricacy and depth that make you appreciate the skill of the competitors.
And the skill cap between LoL and SC2 is closer than SC2 and BW so how about you take that crap out of here.

Also, and more importantly, he had creep at his natural and could plant his spines there, that's, apart from gas mining, actually better than losing the natural.
He was ahead on worker count by 6.

I like Stephano's focus face.

I like how fans of a dumbed down BW complain about LoL being a dumbed down dota. ouch, that hurt

Wrong? How am I wrong?
Good so you don't support the word, but it doesn't change the fact that LoL has a strong following and your opinion is your opinion and nothing else.
What you consider terrible and easy doesn't hold true for anyone else but yourself.
Get off your high horse already.

That was my favorite part when I played zerg. I was an old FPS player before I started with sc2 so I could pretty much out-micro anyone at my level. Don't know how FPS experience help anything about micro in SC. I use the same mouse sense so I hit want I want with the mouse when I want to. Micro. FPS is alot more dependent on mouse accuracy than sc2 micro.

Sounds like a bitter comment to me. He wasn't perfect, losing a lings to banes. But he easily made that up with his own detonations. The reason why stephano won wasn't because vortix made bad decisions, its because he was out microed during a crucial engagement.

If it's MC-Stephano level it's ok. Well, its korean protoss vs Stephano, and none of those protoss is MC, and Stephano has a win record against every single korean protoss, I'm not sure about MC, but I think they're even.

it woulda been quite funny if vortix and lucifron had accepted the EG offer, then EG would have full top 3 at this event.
