You can't be a competitive e-sports players and not macro at all when you have 35 supply early game. Game 1 he let units die for free, let his wall get smashed with such little pressure and his expansion timing was way late. That was just awful. The games against Lowley where he absolutely systematically destroyed him and yet still lost because. hey, infestors, must have gotten to him.

Thorzain has been playing poorly, but it's really silly how they distributed the auto-qualifiers. That Sweden tournament was way harder than the france or german one, and even though he didn't play well today he kicked ass during the other tournament.

But given that Nerchio just played the Nvidia Cup in HotS the last days, so whatever. Still a very strange move by both of them before this tournament. Well, I don't think Nerchio made HotS units in that tournament. He basically played WoL on some HotS maps.

Though, Thorzain's seriously disappointing with his play, both strategically and mechanically.

Stephano, Titan and Socke are qualified for world finals regardless of their result from WCS Europe, so the six seeds will go to the top 6 excluding those three players. The reason NA finals had 7 seeds is because only the Canadian and the US champions got world finals seeds (the French, German, Russian, Korean, Chinese and Taiwanese champions also got direct seeds).

Still, french and german champions are cruising through the winner bracket right now, they might get into the qualifying spots after all, so it wouldn't really matter all that much.

If it is just on how hard the tournament is, Korea should get 20+ seeds.
