Maybe we're thinking of different things, but wasn't this Squirtle, who had a group of 3 terrans, where he went for a 2gas opening every game, but did a bunch of different builds off of it? (One of which was the 3 nexus 8gate)

Fuck, it could be, certainly both have done it, but I'm pretty sure it was Parting, he's certainly the most famous user of the build and the one to inspire the most Terran rage with it.
