not balance, just lame mu. Unless it's hyper aggressive base trades with muta/ling/bane or just ultra/bane lategame =p
fuck broods and fuck vortex I don't think anyone can honestly say that they like infestor/broodlord/spines, its unbelievably tedious to play and play against.
I do like the fact that a comeback can happen at almost any point in the game.
Also Im sort of shocked that JD picked a GSL map to play on.

It was 2 mining bases. And it doesn't matter if you have more bases if you let your opponent max out.

Ok JD, let's not let the lead slip away this game.

He did push... But I think it would have been better to siege the other bases because he couldn't get his ground army over to support because he pushed the main.

JD should have stayed on muta and killed MC with that

He could have had a huge concave with the range of all those broods. He didnt use the space on the sides of the choke enough either, where they are almost untouchable. It also looked like a walked all his infestors in to the vortex...
edit: sry, quoted the wrong person

I just hate it that you can't really push a advantage when you're ahead. Well be interesting if swarm hosts will fulfill that role.

MC also vetoes Antiga a lot against Zerg.

Man i cant wait for Hots.
That was far from completely outplayed. Jaedong made a lot of mistakes that lost him the game, for example suiciding 3/4 of his Broodlords in MCs main against just a few Stalkers, then trying to do the slow-push through the middle with horrible army control (broodlords not well split, Infestors all in one spot, not using fungal fast enough).
MC was behind because of the muta-switch and then clawed himself back into the game on the back of JDs mistakes.

I don't understand what part don't you understand The part where he was in an unlosable position, didn't make any MAJOR mistake (even the Broodlord vortex only got half of them, and didn't really get archon in, and engaged in choke with spines), and still ended up losing after outplaying MC 80% of the game Losing all your Broodlords in MC's main and then having to remake them thus using up ALL of your bank. That's a pretty major mistake. It was a big mistake, but he was still way ahead even considering those resources lost during that. By comparison, MC made more of the same "major" mistakes as well (losing all sentries, 3rd base, let JD steal his 4th's gas, etc etc)

ye how was that outplayed by jeadong? lol he just gambled by going mutalisk against a stargate opening while hoping mc doesnt scout the spire or doesnt produce more than 3-4 phoenix. even with such a big lead he couldnt win the game because mc is simply way better.
