The Kespa toss tend to be very good at drop defense and will sacrifice robo time to pumping out more obs so that they can see everything. Invalid, sun had 1 obs the entire game, mkp just choked after he realized he was being too cocky.

ByuN? Hardly. Gumi is a nice player but I wouldn't say he's great at TvP, but he is good. Mvp's relies on mind games and killing them before storm imo. I've never seen him deal well in a late game scenario vs templars apart from that specific game on Metropolis against squirtle where he could camp to BC's. (still lost the game). Overall he's done well at it, but it's never been a truly great matchup for him like tvt and tvz have been. MKP's is still the best imo. (of ESF players anyway ![]()

As for the elephants, they're here, but I still think it's meta vs. meta and the ESF meta's are at a completely different stage than Kespa, and ESF are getting fucked because of it.

Anyways - BO 1 format is pathetic, there is no way for preparation or clever strategies, mind games - it is just like one ladder match. P.S. Also BW idiot fanbois are fucking irritating in this thread. So are people like you who have been here for a total of 5 seconds and think they know better than OGN on how to format their tournament.

The only time he got "owned" is the game against Kal imo. Rest were close losses.

They are allowed to lose one game you know, no one has a 100% winrate in a matchup long term, if you can manage 70% in a matchup you're godly. I think most of those guys have a 60% winrate which definitely makes it one of their strengths.

This if anything will be their fall in the end. Sad but true. Even though they can still dominate foreigners doing that, they're already falling behind Kespa players. I would actually never expect this dominance happen so early as now, very suprising!

Splitting 50/50 with KeSPA players would just be more evidence proving the elephant right. splitting 50? there are total of 8 kespa players that managed to play in the tourney out of 32 spots, and 6 of them are invites. That means a heck bunch of kespa pros didn't even make it through the qualifiers. And even the top cream of the kespa players can even only take 3 out of 8 spots from top 8 while rest disappears in the middle, and there's not going to be a 50/50 split by the time ro16 finishes, even in OSL
