Yes, Season 1 as in GSL Season 1 (2012). GSL went by months (GSL Jan, etc) in 2011.

Imagine this: 60% protoss, 40% zerg, no terrans. All games are 40 minute PvZs with no action and are decided by that single vortex. The final somehow ends up being a PvP, the MC-Seed kind of PvP. Bnet fails in the final game, a regame is needed. God, it would be glorious.

no point discussing who dominates longer. The current issue is a perfectly or nearly perfectly balanced situation between 3 races is not achieved yet after the game is out for 2 years.

C'mon people, it's not a balance thing. The protoss lineup was really strong, the terran lineup not so much, especially with MVP dropping out, no Taeja or MarineKing etc. Some slumping zerg players and the zerg metagame not as developed in South Korea right now. No one can claim that the protoss players in the tournament now didn't deserve it. They are some sick nerds.
