Going through qualifiers just sucks in general if you're a strong player, because you have to play so many games that the chance of you being upset increases dramatically. Or, if you're a preparation-based player, you're also at a big disadvantage. I was hoping to see Parting in TSL4 and then he went and got 2-0'd by Salmosa :X | ||

During an interview before the game he said he would forfeit anyway because the time conflict with MLG. To be frank, he tried to lose so hard during the 1st game. Only to find out even trying that hard can still barely hold to a code C zerg player named Mamamiya. And that's why his 2nd game play looks completely retard(even after suicides waves infantry force, his supply is still up against incredible macro genius Mamamiya). If you remember the game between the those 2 just a few weeks ago on GSTL in which Miya's bling/lings literally got rolfed by Alive's marines. You would agree with me. | ||

Not only zerg became "stronger", all the metagame was changed therefore it increased the upsets in the match-up. That's why a lot of strong players got kicked out in TSL qualifiers too. | ||
