Probably a ninja windows setting or perhaps you are using an old wearing out USB? Who knows I dont have the 1080p+ subscription but when it goes on youtube I can listen on high high quality with my studio monitors and let you know if its a legit issue or just the guy being crazy with crappy headphones. I can hear a little bit of echo but you seem to be in a kitchen so it might just be based on the room you are in  | ||

Ah, that explains it then. It's amplifying you because your mouth is not right next to it, so when you're louder it gets overamplified. There's also a bit of a tinny/echo-y sound. I'd recommend a headset for casting, should sound better when you get louder. | ||

Just trying to give constructive feedback (pun not intended). EDIT: The "worn out USB" thing doesn't make any sense. USB is digital, there's either a perfect signal or no signal at all. | ||
