San Zenith's INSANE GSL run really kicked off with a win against Nestea that included some (rather sloppy) archon toilets. That was probably the first it saw real usage in the GSL.

Kiwi used it primarily for recall though, send in army to a seemingly suicidal situation to kill some zerg bases, recall and repeat until zerg died. Everyone remembers the sick game against machine where he took machine for a ride killing most of his bases with blink stalkers until he just recalled out.
This game broke some minds at the time. kiwikaki vs machine in SCRI.

Yup, Kiwikaki- the mad scientist Protoss- will always be the king and innovator of motherships. The nerf to the archon toilet was a direct nerf to Kiwikaki himself, and that blink-recall play was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite strategies of all times.
