He plays his style and doesn't worry too much on other people's style. He's been analyzed and studied a lot but yet he still is a dominant player. I think he can do well, just that there's so many people at his skill level in GSL. He's definitely one of the best players in the world.
He's a dominant player who only just got his first big tournament. I think he's an awesome player, but don't think he'll magically get to korea and win the GSL. The competition there is far and above anything Stephano has won so far.
What are you talking about? He won IPL 3 and ESWC 9 months ago buddy this is his 3rd major win

Really disrespectful, this is gonna blow up in their face.
Do you guys really think Alicia would want to go on stage for a full cerimony after losing 0-4, this is probably better, he probably would just want to be left alone.

dont think i'll stay up for NASL ever again /sigh + Show Spoiler +
they may all drunk over there or what?
You gotta be trolling .. I can't actually understand how can people enjoy MLG like winning ceremonies, it's like everybody stands in line and just completely kills any momentum of the win. And yeah dancing is fun for some people. It was like the best ceremony EVER
I just see it as a should-be-professional sports event with a somewhat official ending/crowning of the winners.. And for the dancing part there are after partys, ever heard of that?
I think this overall closing just gave the whole finals a pretty unprofessional touch hurting eSports
lol I have no time to waste over a troll! Time to go to bed. Awesome job by the NASL, was sick even with the sound issues <3

Why the hate ? I mean best day of your life, really ? Shitty life i guess
There's no hate. I'll just enjoy it, I think there are a lot better players out there.
let me guess.... Naniwa? Swedish people sure seem to hate on other top foreigners -_-
I tell you why. Their top player is an unlikeable guy.
^^
at least he doesnt imply that the other player has a small penis ingame
HE didn't imply he did, he asked him if he did. Plus, Stephano is fun, Naniwa is boring (still a fan of Naniwa's play, just not his personality )
lol come on yes he did. The whole point of the joke was to play on the stereotype that asian people have small penises. Dont deny it. Ill go out on a ledge and assume youre pretty young. Or maybe thats just me, but I found those things funny when I was 14. I like to hope Ive matured since then, but who knows haha
24, and I didn't say "LOL PENIS JOKES FUNNY". Stephano asked him a question about his username. The implication was that he meant "small penis", but the implication wasn't "you have a small penis". And he'd probably have asked it whether an asian or a AMERICAN WITH MASSIVE BALLS had it as a username. I said I found Stephano fun, not that joking about penises is funny. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're pretty illiterate. Maybe it's just me, but I think people having an on-display personality is far more interesting than never saying anything ever.
ok I didnt mean anything demeaning by thinking you were a little younger as it seems most people here are
However, asking an asian person if he really has a small penis because he has a name that refers to his height and youre seriously not acknowledging the implication hes making? We all understood it, Alicia understood it and Stephano definately understood it. That doesnt seem very funny to me. That seems quite mean, regardless if its true. But maybe I care too much about others feelings what do I know. goodnight to you

what happens when a team wins the superbowl? The confetti falls as the winners jump around an celebrate while the losers walk off the field in the midst of them. Actually that happens in every sport. Same thing happened here. NASL did nothing wrong.

Pretty much, no handing over of prices, not a single credit for second place...
Who gives a fuck about handing over the cheque? We all know he's getting it, i don't give a shit about seeing that. How can you possibly enjoy that trash?
The only thing I agree with is that they should have let Alicia sneak out because it would have been damn awkward for him lol.
100% agreed.
If you watch someone win the Champions League or other important sports cups they are also celebrating. The dancing was kind of awkward, but as the SC2 is literally 90% young people from age 15-27 I think its fitting in a way and fun to watch.

NASL busted out the playmate card. Its just up to MLG/IPL to top that now.
Pfft. Playmates got nothing on Smix.
lol.. don't be delusional. Smix just happens to be a pretty cute girl but without much of a body. The only reason she's drooled over is because she's a girl in esports!
Are you kidding me? Not much of a body? You haven't been watching the same girl man....

I think that's just shit tbh. He can't barely practice and still perform so well.
Nerf Stephano? Force him to play with one hand? The kid is just born for RTS.
No question he's good at SC2, but how does that take away from the fact that it is complete utter bullshit when people say he barely practice?
What says its complete utter bullshit? Ask anyone in the pro scene and they would probably agree with the fact that Stephano doesn't practice much at all. People are so offended by the "I don't practice" thing, it's getting ridiculous. Yes I know it stings that someone who didn't put in the effort you believe is needed is stomping people, at times it pisses me off too, but then I realize it's just envy and let it go

Let the indignant nerd parade run its course. It'll blow over like the Avilo thing did.
Round of applause for the french casters, gathering more than 2.5k unique viewers at the same time ! Thanks NASL for making a french stream too, this was a wonderful idea and we all hope to see it done again for the next events
Yesterday : 4 pm => 5 am Today : 6 pm => 3:40 am Nasl marathon was so good ! Good night everyone and gratz stephano, alicia, mc and ret \o

He also won Lonestar clash over Polt but that was not the biggest tournament in the world
