Because it directly counters the false claim (outright lie) that emp only hits 0-2 infestors.

for people who say to make ghosts
emp vs fungal is very similar to emp vs storm
EMP is only useful against the spellcasters (in tvp it does take off shields, but it's not a whole lot aside from the stalkers and immortals).
fungal/storm is useful against everything
this increases the difficulty in getting the EMP in time before the other spellcasters do something

Really nice move from Symbol. The protoss army is weak against roaches when in small numbers and now he is fighting on two fronts like that.

Yes he is. He's in the Code A RO24.
If he wins one BO3 he makes Code S and if he doesn't he goes to Up and Downs, but as of now he's as much in Code S as theStc.
