- Australia vs. England at the Oval for cricket! Gogo. ah, but that's meaningless 50 over cricket, is it not? It is, I'm purely a Test Fan for the most part, and am going down to the Oval next month for England vs. SA for the #1 spot in Tests, but hey, it's mindless cricket and against the convicts, might as well. Not to mention you guys are on top at the moment
We didn't deserve to keep it after that atrocious Pakistan tour where I could have played spin better than those overpaid idiots we call batsmen. But India was kind enough to donate enough Test ranking points earlier that summer that it didn't matter. To be fair though, India is equally generous everywhere, just as they were in Australia.

- Australia vs. England at the Oval for cricket! Gogo. Shame its on Sky really. God I wish the cricket was still on free TV, though the BBC radio coverage is usually pretty great it just isn't the same. I think Zikto will win it all, though I kind of think Recco is a better player I haven't seen much of his ZvZ.
I agree with you, although bear in mind though that recco did beat zikto in the most recent EU/NA TSL4 qualifier. Though I think it might have been a Bo1, not sure.

Which is why I'm glad I'll be able to see the 1st Test, but only Day 3 and Day 4 before I have to fly home. And Demuslim should want Zikto to win. He could beat Recco in 1 best of 3, but not 2 best of 3s probably.
I don't personally think he will beat either, but that's me :p

Agreed! Hope we will see him at more events in the future.

The UK is currently in Daylight Savings Time, so I think it technically is GMT+1.

UK Time sound better Because i'm in Portugal, and Portugal time is also GMT, so GMT+1 was confusing me

So am I right in thinking the ones who go through to the Euros have been decided (DeMu, Zikto and Jonny) and now they're just playing for prize money/pride?

which is significant, cause 1st gets $6k, 2nd gets $3k and 3rd gets $1.5k but you're right as DeMu, Zikto and Jonny will be the 3 UK players at the European finals

Cool, as long a DeMuslim is through I'm happy. I love it when underdogs like Jonny beat well established pros, but not so much when that 'well establish pro' is DeMuslim
In all serious though congrats to Jonny, he's done so well. I assumed it would be a 1 - 2 shoe-in for Bling and DeMuslim, and the battle for third place would be picked up without difficulty from Ziktomini. As it turns out it's been nothing like that at all, keeps things interesting

I don't know what all this talk about different country's has to do with UK wcs, but I believe Poland Netherlands GB France and Spain, on any given year able to contend for lowest producing esports figures. At least that get noticed, not that they dont produce them. The WCS(and WCG's) series is so great to bring them to light. WCS prime example of that, 2 relatively unkown players outside UK getting to UB final!

Ziktomini beat Stephano at Dreamhack

Personally I think Bling is overrated. He hasn't really accomplished much, it is more that he has been the only other Brit on a big name team. Recco however has a lot of talent and some serious potential.
Zikto just has a sick beard :D (And he beat some French guy)

Oh god. English cricket fans, guess I'm out of this topic

Ziktomini beat Stephano at Dreamhack
And based on that you can affirm that he's the better player. Wow, you guys make some pretty cocky assumptions. Anyway, how is that topic relevant, by the way ?
