Ourk has been in the SC2 scene since beta. Hardly some random Joe. He just hasn't made a big splash yet.
Lee Jae Dong proved that a focus on mechanics and execution could solve problems in the StarCraft game strategy.

Yeah the 2nd colusssus was really bad control, but the split from demu was really nice to look at!

I agree with this, i been thinking a lot about it lately and makes me wonder is the skill cap really that high.

Yes the skill cap is really that high, there's a reason IMMvp and MC have won 300k and most pro's don't come anywhere near that.

Maybe Demuslim just isn't that much better than these guys.

Yeah. feel like hes been playing on the opinion that he's the best UK player a lot. Team Infused are proving otherwise.

put someone like MKP in this and you will see a slaugther.

Yea obviously, but even the best players are capable of losing to a much lesser person, take mvp/nestea for example.

Noone is unbeatable whether it's BW or SC2. If the best player play like shit they will lose. Their name won't save them.

So yeah we're kind of crappy, we know that, but we're certainly hugely improved from where we were a year ago and if JonnyRecco and Ziktomini can find themselves a well established team who'll send them to the UK tournaments hopefully they show the same improvement Bling did (and then don't blow it all being an esports celebrity instead of practicing).

In terms of nations I'd say we've pushed ourselves ahead of most countries in Europe except the big hitters of Sweden, France, Germany, Ukraine and Poland. We're probably better than Spain, Italy and Norway and fast closing the gap on Russia.

You know I would even put you ahead of France tbh. Just because Stephano is french for some reason doesn't make us a good Starcraft 2 nation

I didn't mean "amateur" as a derogatory term, or even an insult, just in the sense of: "I don't do this for a living".

Sorry if that sounded like an insult, it really wasn't meant to be.

The text in the pages states he plays protoss since beta. The terran icon in his one result is probably a miss click.

Demuslim is better with 100-150 supply than most players, that's his strong suit. He should capitalize more there.

Ourk used to be Terran, then he went through a period where he didn't have a definite race, but I think he finally settled on Protoss.

Terran in general is fairly strong in the midgame, with Medivacs/Stim/Combat Shields/Concussive but before Protoss has hit mass splash and super upgrades. What seperates the mediocre Terran players from the good Terran players is being able to capitalise on this, I think.
