Lots of players have been in Code A..... Qualifying once for Code A doesn't really mean you're GSL level... just look at that one lucky ass player from last season who got through playing one match, then got stomped out. You have to be able to consistently stay in Code A/S to be a GSL level player.
That being said I think Tails has the potential to do this.

In any way, he isn't the caliber of player we've seen Idra compete against. You know, those he faced that are actually regularly doing good in tournaments.
