Exactly. No one really cares about the pools. I'm sure the KESPA Invitational is going to have some shitty games way below the level of the pool games we're seeing now, but the crowd is going to react like Gods are playing Starcraft 2. If Flash micros a marine to kill a single probe, the crowd will probably go ape shit and start chanting his name. People really know who this guys are ? I thought that kind of bandwagonning was only on tl/reddit... Is there anything coming up on red/blue or should i go to sleep ?

Anyone know if mapscore or head to head counts first in a tie situation?

Damn, that means Grubby lost the chance to take second in the group. Not if he 2-0's thorzain, which is very possible the way Grubby is playing right now. If he 2-0's thorzain symbol will be 2nd because of head to head score ridiculous system, should be done on maps won It is, they will both be tied in maps won. Which is why it goes to head to head lol. Symbol is 7-5, Grubby is already 6-5 with potential to go 8-5.
this is what I was thinking also...

Yes Grubby vs Thorzain coming up! A great game especially because it is in the pool play.

Can you imagine a Tennis Grand Slam tv programme and Nadal, Djokovic or Federer's match not being aired. Some poor decisions imho...Was same with the Arenas. Don't want oversaturation of Stephano before pool play ends most likely. Pretty sure everyone could have predicted the outcome of Alicia, Rain, and JYP. JYP is probably the only one worth casting because he has decent vZ (but Stephano also has amazing vP...) Understandable, but Stephano is the player with the largest stream base, and once he leaves Pool play he has two series before he leaves the tournament. One of those is going to be vs. MKP. You think Stephano is going to receive a lot of coverage tomorrow? Barring a huge upset, they're going to end up with Korean vs. Korean semis and finals. Why not show Stephano while you're still able to? Stephano has already secured his group win, putting him in the winners semi finals, which always get broadcast on the red stream. We will be seeing a lot of Stephano. Yeah, which makes his last series vs. JYP the highlight of this entire day for Stephano. MLG understands that you have to build up stories to have people cheering for players, don't they? Because the SC 2 crowd is not cheering and I think I know why. Do you really think a crowd would be more excited to see Stephano roll over average koreans multiple times? That's not building a story at all. That's just showing a better foreigner defeat a korean. We saw Stephano win in 3 games yesterday, defeating the only threat to him that's enough to show his dominance until we leave pool play. Alicia,Polt,Rain,JYP,Ganzi are average koreans lol?
except for polt they are very average

The unfortunate part about this is that the majority of spectators are unable to recognize this and give MC a lot more credit than due.
And yet, he's won 9 tournaments and is far more successful than probably every other protoss combined. Lmao. Seems you're just the minority of spectators who can't realize why he makes his risky decisions.

Wow what a classy guy with the 2 rax comment in the audience...

We saw Stephano win in 3 games yesterday, defeating the only threat to him that's enough to show his dominance until we leave pool play. You have to build up a player before you destroy him. I think MKP is going to destroy Stephano, unfortunately. Not building him up before that is going to result in a one-sided series of MKP stomping Stephano and that doesn't result in a story - it results in a same old sigh from the crowd. Socke is getting better coverage this tournament, and I'm glad for that. But Stephano is a crowd favorite when he plays, when he interviews, etc. and MLG not putting him on is costing them viewers. Having said that, the big hype this MLG is the Kespa invitational. I think that's going to bring out a lot of viewers.
Eh? Despite Stephano being a foreigner, I'd say MarineKing is the fan favourite.

I love Sase but gogogo Socke, chance of a lifetime! Any LR for us peons?
