Unlucky this season Liquid, I'm sure you'll prepare even harder and play even better next season. TL STILL FIGHTING! ^^ exactly, having such a small lineup makes it too easy to be sniped. Liquid did well though, they will definitely be back stronger for next season! :D

As anecdotal as this is: EG in this GSTL: 2-1 Liquid in this GSTL: 3-10

I can see Ret/TLO instead of Haypro/TLO but thats it.

TL had Taeja(code S) and Hero(code S) plus Zenio(code S multiple times).. 3 top koreans and yet they lost.. it's not because they use low tier players or weak players.. they lost because they were outplayed! GG But you need 5 good players, not 2.5 good players.

His nexus was delayed by ages because he thought jjakjj would do a marine scv allin. As a result he was too far behind in econ and couldn't catch up. If he had played it riskier and kept the first or even second nexus he made, he would have been in a much better spot.

Well, i really don't like his style. Bad isn't the right word though, i just don't like how he never plays macro game... Always gimmicky play or allin. But that's a subjective preference from me ![]()

Liquid just wasn't ready and ill-prepared for GSTL. HerO did well, but this is a team league, and the rest of the team failed miserably. I think TLO, HayprO and Jinro just aren't on a level to compete in the GSTL right now, so they were basically a 3 player team. Maybe with Ret and Sheth it would have looked a little bit better, I don't think NonY would have helped them. But let's not forget that this was Liquids first shot at GSTL and that losing to Zenex and NSH isn't something to be embarrased about. Hopefully they got a good learning experience out of this and come back stronger.
