Yes of course they could, but today, Tassadar did it, so he is the mvp today. He is still quite bad imo lol

What makes him bad?

Winning 4 games is terrible man. Terrible. He should have won 6.

5-1 against ZeNEX? Not happening. It will be close, unless Life all-kills, that is.

I'm just sad we don't get to see any more of TLO, Jinro and Haypro in korean tournaments now

It also doesn't help they have so few players in Korea out of their squad that big teams can prepare players to snipe all of them, having a lack of players like that is really hard to win with in a teamleague. Unlucky this season Liquid, I'm sure you'll prepare even harder and play even better next season. TL STILL FIGHTING! ^^

exactly, having such a small lineup makes it too easy to be sniped. Liquid did well though, they will definitely be back stronger for next season! :D

I think the players that currently arent at Korea won't be any better than the few essentials that they have like taeja hero zenio. I can see Ret/TLO instead of Haypro/TLO but thats it.

Liquid needs to recruit more Koreans if they want to be competitive, that's really all there is to it... can't be giving away free wins to the opposition in half your matches.

But you need 5 good players, not 2.5 good players.

His nexus was delayed by ages because he thought jjakjj would do a marine scv allin. As a result he was too far behind in econ and couldn't catch up. If he had played it riskier and kept the first or even second nexus he made, he would have been in a much better spot.

Winning 4 games is terrible man. Terrible. He should have won 6.

And he should have won every single one without getting upgrades.

Then, he'll maybe be good enough for BlindKill's standards.

Well, i really don't like his style. Bad isn't the right word though, i just don't like how he never plays macro game... Always gimmicky play or allin. But that's a subjective preference from me

It's better to make a painful break than draw out the agony. Liquid just wasn't ready and ill-prepared for GSTL.

HerO did well, but this is a team league, and the rest of the team failed miserably.

I think TLO, HayprO and Jinro just aren't on a level to compete in the GSTL right now, so they were basically a 3 player team. Maybe with Ret and Sheth it would have looked a little bit better, I don't think NonY would have helped them.
But let's not forget that this was Liquids first shot at GSTL and that losing to Zenex and NSH isn't something to be embarrased about. Hopefully they got a good learning experience out of this and come back stronger.
