Its because Stephano is being this dominant in the matchup in an individual manner, in pvt it is a more general thing that p are at least slightly favoured late game | ||

Basically he said that Parting strategy was to delay Stephano 2nd and 3rd by 30 sec to make his 2 based push later on. Unfortunately he was not able to block the expands. | ||
