No he is serious contender at the moment. Only better player i can think of now is MVP. Stephano's decision making is perfect, just like his mechanics and understanding of the game - and I am sure 100% that his ZvP is the best in the world. Oh BTW, I am not a fanboy, he isnt even my favourite player - it is just conclusions form watching his games. | ||

Stephano looked good on day 1, but that was all ZvT and ZvZ, so I guess he has some momentum, though the lack of ZvP is worth noting. Parting 2-0'd Ret (who looked pretty good yesterday IMO), and got a forfeit from Lastshadow, so I guess he's well rested? Based on Parting being GSL R4, and Stephano's last poke into Korea, I'd give Parting 2-1 in a close game. Stephano roaches don't seem to work vs. Korean Protoss very well. SaSe 2:1 MC Sase looked REALLY FUCKING GOOD yesterday. He out-spooned Thorzain, completely wrecked Taeja, and well, Idunno what happened vs. Sheth. MC was, well, MC. He won a PvP vs. Huk, lost to Bomber and stomped some foreigner. Not much going for him there. PvP is a coinflip, and even though MC beat Huk who is known for his PvP, I want to say Sase because he's coming in this with some momentum. Taeja 0:2 Bomber I love Bomber. He's good at TvT. He's so inconsistent, but I gotta go with my heart on this. Squirtle 2:0 Violet I think Violet is a very underrated player, even after winning MLG. Heck I'd say he's a top 10 foreigner and even one of the top 3 (or 5) foreign Zergs, and that he's been unfairly overshadowed by Stephano. I'd give him pretty good odds against most Korean players. Unfortunately, Squirtle is way too good. This guy tore through GSL, and it took fucking MVP to stop him, and only then just barely. | ||
