Given this bracket, it wouldn't be a shock. But yes ^^
Ganzi played terribly.

Stephano making sure ganzi only gets $500. That bastard.

Fast Facts: Please tell me again who Illusion beat in an upset, I didn't get it the first 12 times..

Stephano just laughing his way to first in the group.
|
Was it really GanZi playing in this tournament? He must be so jetlagged, he should have SaSe teach him how to prepare for jetlag.
|
Ganzi got roflstomped in that series. Former Code S semi-finalist? Stephano just ate him alive today.

I bet Stephano will roach bane all-in next game as well.
So actually playing retarted doesn't work either. Interesting...

Illusion beat Zenio, Oz and Ryung in IPL4 in major upsets.
Ganzi played far from his norm today, he played really sloppy.

Stephano is finalist material. Stephano is a warrior at these weekend tournaments, we haven't seen how well he'll do with days of preparation per match. While I don't doubt he could make it far, he's extremely stylistic. With a week of preparation any player in Code S could easily take him out. Stephano are the most studied player in the korean scene for like 6 months and they still cant take him out.
This is an excellent point. Stephano is so well studied on the Korean scene that he almost single handedly made a lot of zergs switch to upgraded ling - infestor builds. Even Jaedong has come out and said Stephano is the player he wants to play like. You can make the case (and I firmly believe) that Stephano is the most talented player in SC2 given his spectacular results and light practice schedule. I'm predicting no one is "figuring out" Stephano any time soon.

Illusion gone full... Ah what am I doing. That meme has gotten old :|
