One who has shown great skill in team leagues and another who was just a code S finalist. Stop hating on AcE, he might be a bit cheesy but he has shown he's GSL quality. | ||

 Does anybody know if they were just stupid one-decision losses or was MMA just outplayed the entire night? I'm glad ST_AcE made through though, his PvT is really fun to watch. Startale is just owning up Code S right now | ||

In his game vs AcE, he was 1/1/1ing on Dual Sight, and doing some decently successful banshee harass, but ended up losing two of them to stalkers roaming around the map. He ended up sandwiching a group of stalkers with some marines, which was nice, but all the running around delayed his push a lot, so when he finally sieged the natural, AcE had been on two bases for a very long time. He then proceeded to unsiege all of his tanks at the same time, at which point AcE moved in from two sides and cleaned up easily. Against B4, he did a successful 11/11 rax with bunkers and killed the natural. He expanded behind it, and then walked all his marines up B4's ramp, where they all died to lings and Queens. B4 proceeded to counter with his speedlings, and MMA had one bunker with two marines in it - B4 proceeded to kill everything on the lowground, including stopping the CC from finishing, then double expanded and droned up. MMA made two OC's, and then died to a high-econ baneling bust. He was majorly ahead after he killed the natural, but played too greedy afterwards, and died. Versus MKP, he went CC first into double gas into reactor after one marine and factory, without scouting. MKP proxied a rax/factory/port next to MMA's base, and went for reactor hellions and possibly banshees. We won't find out I guess, since his two hellions arrived to find MMA with one marine out, and proceeded to win the game. So yeah, a mix of extreme greed being punished and poor execution. | ||

Too bad for B4, though im confident he won't drop to code B, his play is good enough for that. ...a slight pet peeve of mine, is when the casters haven't really caught themselves up to date with all the matches. For instance, it was annoying hearing Wolf rave and give B4 all the credit for his Queen usage, when i thought Yughio displayed far superior queen micro. If anything Yughio was certainly more clutch with his transfuses than B4. Though i understand its unreasonable to expect casters to be able to see so many games. Just kind of annoying. | ||

Yah... considering how far off speed was he could have had every marine back at his base -_- not sure what he was thinking with that game against B4. | ||

They were otherwise equal because of Ace's economy harass. MKP had to do damage in order to remain even/catch-up. | ||
